How to Order
Ordering items from Monart couldn’t be simpler. Put the items you would like in your shopping basket by clicking on the ‘ADD TO BASKET button . This is not a commitment to buy the item as they can be reviewed and removed at any point by clicking the View Basket button.
When you have selected all the items you are interested in purchasing proceed to The Checkout. Here you can review each item in your basket and also view our security and privacy statements. Follow the simple instructions to purchase the items in your basket.
You are protected by strong statutory rights in Ireland and as part of the EU.
Please ensure that you include the following information with your order, as we cannot process your order without this information:
1. Name
2. E-mail address
3. Contact telephone number
4. A valid Visa, Mastercard, Laser, or American Express Card with the full name as displayed on the card, the card number and expiry date.
5. A valid delivery address

Acceptance
Your order is considered accepted when the items have been shipped to you. We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason. As with all ecommmerce stores, all products are subject to availability. We may change or vary the products promoted on www.monart.ie at any time and without notification.
On receipt of an order an email will be sent to the email address you have submitted to us to confirm the availability of the items ordered.
Delivery
We make every effort to deliver your items to you as promptly as possible. Please allow up to three working days for normal deliver particularly if you are resident outside the EU. All delivery charges that apply to your purchases are specified at the checkout, and confirmed via our confirmation email. Any problems with the order will be highlighted in this confirmation email.
While we make every effort to ensure that your purchases are delivered on time, we cannot be held liable to you for any delays in delivery or for ensuring personal delivery to you.
If your products do not arrive within the time specified in our confirmation email please contact us at spareception@monart.ie quoting the purchase number, which you will receive following completion of the checkout process.
Please retain the invoice and shipping notice, which will be sent separately, as it will be required should you decide to return any product.
Prices
Prices for products are quoted in Euro. All prices are inclusive of VAT of 21%. Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of prices and availability of the items featured on this Site, this cannot be guaranteed and price and availability information may change without notice.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Laser, and Amercian Express. All credit and debit card purchases are subject to validation and credit checks.
Queries & Complaints

Cancellation & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us at spareception@monart.ie and return the item unused within seven days of receipt and we will refund your money in full. Any changes or cancellation in respect of any order must be notified in writing to the company within two days of placing the order.
